We had a fantastic time making authentic tamales from chef Karla Flores Ybeceta! We made fresh masa, four different sweet and savory fillings, and assembled a hundred or more tamales! Delicious and we won’t be hungry for a month! Can’t wait to take another class!

Great place to enjoy and evening learning all about Cooking! My daughter and I have been coming and enjoying their classes for years! Everyone is great!
It was a blast preparing a multi-course meal with a fun group. The staff was very helpful and the wine flowed all evening. Best of all, the food WE cooked was excellent.
attended the parent/kid cooking class & we loved it! we would totally do it again too! I learned how to actually use a knife, go figure. It was a great way to spend time with my daughter all while learning kitchen life skills everyone needs :)
