I just finished one of the pro chef series with Chef Dylan, it was a really great experience. I will definitely be back for more individual classes and for the next ProSeries. Small classes, very hands on and individualized training!

OMG! What can I say? I took my entire department to a class for a team building event with chef DYLAN. It was so awesome. His passion for food is obvious and his friendly persona works so well. We had a great time. I've been to classes that are much more hands on but I learned more from this class than any other cooking class... and I have attended many. If I had to give a note it would be to have appetizers or prepare something that could be eaten early as we came from work very hungry and didn't eat until 10:30pm but other... read more

Thanks Natalie. It was so much fun having your kids - all 24 of them, and they all did such an amazing job. The homemade pasta was delicious and the cupcakes were yummy, and the salad was a big hit! Look forward to seeing these faces again soon.
Bob and I took the pro chef series with Dylan. It was fantastic. I feel so empowered now in the kitchen...an area I always felt was a weakness.
