I have had the pleasure of taking several classes and have so much fun. I would recommend it to anyone that want to learn new techniques and prepare some great recipes.
The All About Herbs, Salts, Oils and Vinegars class with Chef Elizabeth Whitt was AWESOME! I learned so much about how to store herbs and great techniques for using them. The menu was delicious too.
