Front office staff--James is humorous, kind & professional. Back office/room-- clean areas, professional services and nice. Dr. Klug--awesome! Kind and professional, very reassuring. Side note** A child was brought in having an asthma attack w/ parents; Dr. Klug & staff was extremely quick to examine the child, & quickly provided treatment in a wonderful display of calm & professional care!! As an asthmatic, I was very impressed how organized & able they took care of the child!!
Took my 2 year old for the first time. I was in and out of the place in less than an hour. Loved how Dr. Klug treated him. Will definetely take him back in if I ever have another emergency.

Today was my first visit to PUC- I easily made an appt online and even with it being a totally packed house, them being backed up because it was a day after the Holiday, I was still seen and finished in just over an hour! Dr. Michael Klug was the physician that treated me and he was very thorough, personable and gave me the treatment I needed. WOW! An Urgent care with a caring front office staff, medical assistants and physician?!?!? I was treated well by everyone there, and Dr. Klug is caring and creates a welcoming environment. I will certainly be back next time I need an Urgent Care visit. Highly, highly recommended!
I went there Sunday. I called the Urgent Care I normally go to and they had a two hour wait. I called Premium which is actually closer to my house and they said they were not busy. The staff was very friendly and I got in and out very quickly. If I ever need urgent care again, I would go here.
