Went in with a raging ear infection. Dr Klug and the staff were caring and thorough. Definitely will go back.
RecommendedI have been there with my son, my husband and once for myself. Dr. Klug is great - very thorough, informative, helpful and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He connects with his patients on a deeper level than just physical health - encouraging my son to work hard in school and get involved. He is the only Dr. my husband wants to see. His staff is very friendly, welcoming and efficient. In all three cases, wait times were less than 30 minutes.
I have a primary care physician but I prefer Dr. Klug. He is so patient and calming. This summer I was stung by a bee and almost died. Dr. Klug and his staff saved me and genuinely cared about me. When I returned a month later a staff member, Fabian, remembered me and asked if I was carrying my epi pen. I love this place!
The Doctor and the staff were so friendly and professional. They put us at ease and are very knowledgeable. We hardly had to wait and we were very pleased with the visit. We are very grateful for Premium Urgent Care.
Thank you Dr. Klug and Staff, you guys are Awesome, I am one of those that don't like going to the Dr. but no choice, I needed stiches, I should of went early morning when I did it but no I waited until my daughter got home from work, she said Mom your going, it's worse looking, so we went in. I brought my 8 year old son in for a head injury. They made me wait for 30 minutes before telling me they no longer accept the insurance.
The staff was really understanding answered all of my question. The doctor was easy to talk to and was there to listen to all my concerns and questions. Super excited to find out that they take my insurance. So my visit didnt cost a thing. I will definitely be coming back, Instead of hanging around and ER for many hours.
Dr. Klug and his team are wonderful! While very busy you still get personal, competent care! You are treated like you matter!
