The therapists are great but the receptionists are terrible. They are rude, impatient and not helpful at all. They are late for work and take their time to sign you in. They need some training to be more professional.

I was going here for 4 years. At first I had nothing bad to say about them (except for the fact that they demand up-front cash payment for copays, and do not accept cards at all, which one might assume that they're up to no good because there may be tax fraud going on by the owner(s), but I digress). Dr. Xiao is a good doctor, one of greatest specialists in Queens. People who complain do not know what they are talking about. Patient care comes first. Kris W sounds very inaccurate in his review.

This clinic was the bests. Relieved the pain that I had and suffering from. Dr. Xiao was very nice. Love her and Dr. Y. Wang (Pedia of my sons)
