The office staff fails to provide proper care to their patients. Very poorly ran and completely unethical.
Doctor never there, only once a week, his PA doesn’t care about patient at all, she didn’t bother herself to do my referral even I was seen in the ER room and also seen by her. This is a careless clinic I have ever seen.
All the medical staff are so nice and friendly! Dr Said, PA Justin and MA Maria are very professional! The best family medicine clinic in this area!
The doctor takes his time to examine every possible issue you might have or any questions you might have, you could be a short that you will get the proper help and the proper medication before you leave his office
I loved the staff right there, it took about 10 min to see the doctor after finishing the paper work. Dr.J Ofreneo was amazing taking the time listening, explaining and advising. I highly recommend Premium Care clinic for your family physician.
Premium care clinic is very clean , healthy office and the staff is very helpful , nice and patient with the patients needs. As for dr. El said he is well experienced , has an excellent medical back ground and work history and very friendly as well. I would definietly recommend premium care clinic to everyone who truly cares for the health of their loved ones.
