These people had a popup telling my elderly parents that they needed to call right away and that they had a virus. They had no prior dealings with them and they have another carrier that watches their viruses. After my unsuspecting parents called, they supposedly fixed something on their computer and then said you owe us $190! SCAMMERS! I question any of these other reviews, whether or not they are paid employees.
