Got here on MLK Day with a broken EGR cooler and a 25% derate on the engine. Was expecting to be there all week. Chuck the shop foreman checked me in informally, then Sherry wrote me up. Chuck told me he thought he'd get me in that day. He must have felt bad about it because he told me, "I'll try to get you in this morning". I told him don't worry about it, you had me on "today".
