I love working for this company. With the oil field picking up our #1 focus is still customer service..
Horrible service in both Permian Basin locations. I spent over an hour in one Odessa parts line to get to the counter and then be sent to midland. Now that I need warranty information no one will answer phone calls or messages...23 calls from 8 am to 11:30 and I've only gotten one answer and he sent blank forms instead of what I asked for.
I had the pleasure to talk to the 2 lady's at the service desk today. Sheri was awesome,very helpful and knowledgeable not just my situation.But while I was waiting for my keys I was able to see how hard she works and how she keeps up with everything......WOW ! All I can say. I had a light issue on my light bar and this guy in the service dept(his name is Brian) was out there working on my lights before I could get back from the rest room. Awesome staff i was helped all the way through the repair .thanks sheri huggins and Mathew workman for all the help. This is the place to get repairs done. I cant praise the staff enough. .
