**Worst car dealer experience I've ever had** I don't know which salesman I dealt with, but he was a sexist a hole. I walked in and asked if I can test drive one of the Crosstrek's that my wife wanted me to test drive a few cars. He said no because it's going to take 15 mins to get out of inventory and he doesn't work on commission. Then he looked at my best friend who was with me. My son’s dad purchased a Subaru Forrester one year ago for $9,000 and felt assured that purchasing from a dealer that the car would be in top condition! One year later, after routine oil changes and maintenance, the car now needs a whole new engine that is about half the price of the original cost of the car. Don’t even think about purchasing a car from them.
As I travel a lot for work, I rarely ever end up at the same Subaru dealer twice. Suffice to say I am always a bit nervous about trying the next new one. Today I found myself at the Freemont location for a blown tire and maintenance. Alfred Te was awesome! We talked about my situation and he worked with me on my tire issue (had to replace all four tires). He was incredibly nice and got me a great deal.
