RecommendedService on the car is great. One negative I had is when I opted out of the complimentary car wash. I own a black car and avoid drive in car wash at all cost since it causes fine scratch on the paint and any minor scratches shows on a black paint, so I said no on the wash. Picked up my car after the service and see my car has been washed, with fresh scratches on the paint. I have gone here for all services on my car since owning it and always opted out of the free car wash. I just wished this didn’t get overlooked today
