I was skeptical at first because I hate to be pressured but thanks to Richard Dime made it easy and no hustle for us. I give it two thumbs up. I was able to take my Outback home and love it!
Had an amazing experience at this dealership! Patient and kind... very focused on customer satisfaction. Rusil helped me find the perfect Crosstrek and also assited my parents with an Impreza! Everyone we encountered were super nice and thoughtful.
Honestly one of the best dealerships I've been to. From sales to service they are top notch. Jeff (sales) got straight to the point when I got there. We did the numbers first got qualified and then picked out my WRX then signed all the paperwork. I was literally in and out within an hour. Service was great as well. Took the car in for the 6k service. They said t was going to be 2 hours even though I had an appt. But an hour later, I got a call saying the car was done. This is by far the best deanship so far that I've been through. Ive been going through at least 10 or more dealerships in my past and I'd say this is the best one because my salesperson Rusil got me a great deal on trading in my old vehicle for a brand new Subaru Impreza 2017. Just 2 months after buying a $10k+ pre-owned vehicle, it needed over $1500 worth of work and it's not over yet. Transmission, brakes and sensors were all worked on by my mechanic. Oil leak fixing is still in progress. These guys should be ashamed.
