Had a great experience working with Justin Cho, highly recommend. Worked the numbers with him over text, came in the following day to complete the paperwork and picked up the car. Took only 1.5 hours! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Hazim Ibrahim in finance was also kind and friendly, wasn’t pushy at all with any of the awesome Subaru products. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Overall great experience and highly recommend. Excellent service specially service advisor.
My 24K maintenance was done here and aside from the Service Advisor, Emilio Garcia, being polite and knowledgeable, the service was great and efficiently done. Everything was explained in details, how long it would take, and a text was sent when it was ready for pick-up. I requested for a car wash since it rained for a couple of days, and the inside of the car was also vacuumed/cleaned. It was a pleasant experience and this place is highly recommended. Service team were all pleasant and courteous.
Great customer service and I left with the perfect vehicle! Would recommend
