I have been doing business with Premier since Bob opened the doors. I've been driving Subaru's since 1976. Believe me I have dealt with other Suby dealers over the years, Not one can hold a candle to Premier.Recently I had a major repair done to my 08 L.L. Bean Forester. When I entered Premier Subaru a couple of weeks ago, I was greeted by Dmitri who was pleasant and professional. I explained to him that I wasn't sure which of the cars I was looking for and told him my points of confusion between the Outback and the Crosstrek. Always the best professional service ! Will not take my Subaru anywhere else.
The service department is very reliable and super friendly. I had an issue with my original dealership with their lack of customer appreciation and lack of mechanical ability to my satisfaction, (don't want to name). A friend recommended Premier Subaru. Now I can tell you I HIGHLY recommend Premier. I will continue to have my Forester maintained by them ALWAYS! Thank you all at Premier for awesome customer appreciation and fantastic car care!!! This is where my next Forester will be purchased when I'm ready.

Every step of the process was a headache. The salesman was disorganized and unresponsive, the salesman left a scratch on my brand new car because he leaned against it before we drove off, the financing department screwed up the paperwork multiple times... and the total lack of accountability has been baffling.
