Timely service nice people
Not worth going there for oil changes. My husband had an 8:15 appointment, they took the car at 8:55! People who came in with no appointment went before him! And we bought 4 cars there! Ps—no car wash either as we weren’t promised with car purchase.
Have to say that I had a mostly good experience buying a car from Premier Subaru. But, here's my problem. The night we before we picked up the car, sales called and told us that they only have 1 key for the car. I asked if they could come up with a second, and was told that they could work something out. What they meant was I would have to buy a new key and have it programmed by them at a cost of about $200 - $300. I understand this was a used car purchase but I have never heard of giving only 1 key on a car purchase from a ... read more
