During my recent service experience, they made me pay for a part and never let me knew it arrived for a month. Team didn't seem interested in fixing the problem since id already paid. Was subsequently promised a refund only to have them renege on our agreement. My family has made a point of patronizing this dealership, purchasing three cars and servicing four cars 40 miles from our house. After the lies and and run around, one thing is clear: this place doesn't need our business anymore.

The sales/lease pitch was easy and simplified by Sales Consultant Timothy Harris. No pressure, upfront truthfully during COVID-19 pandemic. State of the Art facility Sales and Service. Highly recommend and appreciated. Looking forward to my new Subaru Crosstrek.

I just went into another Subaru dealer to trade my car in Subaru Outback 2016, & was told my whole car has been painted. This was never disclosed to me upon selling me a brand NEW car I paid $37,000 for. This is news to me & now discredits the value of my car immensely. This is beyond, and I have been a loyal customer for years as well as my whole family. Premier has been my dealer of choice for years & did all of my service at their locations. I am in shock! Extremely disappointed and disheartened. I feel used and betrayed.

Whew!! I'm sitting here at Premier Subaru in Branford getting my oil changed. This person comes in to the waiting room with his mask under his chin. There's four of us already in the waiting room, including two people who are clearly elders. So I go over to this person and ask him if he could cover himself. He refused. I pointed out that there were elders present. In response he told me that I should stop whining. He then stood up and grabbed my arm. I called out that I was being attacked.
