My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new 2016 Legacy from Premier of Branford. Adam was our sale's assistant and he was great. Very low key, listened to our questions, took the time to explain all the options and features, in particular, the collision avoidance and lane changing systems that my wife really wanted. Rob in their finance department was great getting us through the whole buying process. We've had the car about a week now and love it. Way to go Premier and to all of your staff!!! .
I would never go back to Premier to buy or for service. I bought from them and they, in my opinion, misrepresented how my Outback would be equipped. They said with a back-up camera and then the Sales Manager at the dealership said I would have to get a sunroof to get the camera. The car came with a scratch and they took it to fix it and you can still see it. They promised me all weather mats and the salesman said he would find a set. He did. We had an excellent sales experience at Premier back in 2007, and their service staff are courteous and professional. However, given the maintenance record of our Forester, we regret having purchased a Subaru and will certainly never do so again. Not a reflection on the dealership--Premier is great--just on the dependability and value/price of the Subaru make.
Wish I saw all these horrific reviews before I purchased my vehicle. Upon pick up of my vehicle the salesperson tells me they only have valet key and keyless entry key would be coming from auction in a week or so. You can imagine how that turned out. No key. Several calls to sales manager with no response. Salesperson tells me about open recall on vehicle and how they can't even sell it until it is repaired. Story then changes and they say part is back ordered but I can take vehicle. I then find out part is readily available... read more
I used TrueCar so the deal was easy as pie. My salesperson Ted took me for a great testdrive in the Crosstrek and showed me a great spot to kayak in Branford! Love my new Subaru.
Try getting your down payment back after your bank not willing to loan a person money to buy a car from you. Two weeks already. Still not returned. Your finance department sucks!!!!!
