Go somewhere else for service. Brought my car in for a 60,000 mile service with an internal 1/2 inch crack in my windshield. Small enough that it was scheduled for repair the following day. When I got into my car the windshield was shattered and had a chip on the outside of the glass. As this was not brought to my attention when checking out, I went back and had the service manager look at it. His response is that I had a crack in my windshield and they did not cause the damage.
