Outstanding care and service. Chris and Premier Security have provided us security for over 10 years and they have never disappointed us. Chris is always there when we need him, to rework the system when we renovate, to help us reset it remotely, and he keeps us up-to-date with the latest technology. We chose Premier Security initially because they weren’t a big-name company, rather a mom-and-pop place. We certainly don’t regret that decision. No big-name company would take care of us like they do. Highly recommended!
Garbage and waste of time. Would rate zero if possible. Bought a house and the system went off one night. Called service number to schedule an appointment for someone to look over the system and give me a quote. Clarified with him that there would be no charge unless I opted to buy any parts to get the system running or service for the system. First appointment had to be rescheduled. Tech was supposed to arrive between 2-4 pm. No show. Rescheduled because I didn't want them rushing through service. No mention of fees for app... read more
