Dr.Adeyemi really took her time talking with me. She was really down to earth with a great personality and makes you feel at ease. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They didn't tell me any of the side effects that would come with my medication, or any of the risks that were possible with my procedure. I was only told about the benefits and why I needed it. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
