BAD FRONT OFFICE STAFF!! MAke sure you know your insurance benefits or they will try to take as much as they can. Several phone calls of me asking questions and rude comments back. I will never go back JUST because of her staff. Nurses never ask how your doing when they take you in room and hardly anyone smiles but Dr. A. I just feel bad that her staff is representing her badly :( Sadly I will never go back to her office.

Probably not a horrible experience, but with the exception of one rude dr. visit at a walk-in place, it was my worst dr. visit ever. I went in for an annual. Got there 20 minutes early, but waited til 40 minutes after apptmt time to be sent to her office where I sat there as people came in and out ignoring me for another 20 minutes. She came in later and mumbled "sorry" then asked why I was there. No wipe for cleaning, and only a paper vest and paper sheet for sitting and waiting in another 10 minutes as she talked in the ha... read more

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Dr. Adeyemi and her office staff are amazingg! I enjoy coming in for my prenatal check ups. The office attendents are simply wonderful and most respectful. Great doctor, she always answers all my questions and is foremost one of the best doctors I've ever meet.
