Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Not really Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this OBGYN thoroughly review your medical history before examining you? Yes, they were extremely thorough

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider friendly? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Does this OBGYN use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated
