The customer service is not great at all. Sent me the wrong cnd colors and I sent pictures and still clearly had the biggest attitude, Courtney and Theresa gets a 0 for their service. They should have apologized after the fact and she was repeating herself.
The manager, when informed that the files and buffing blocks we had ordered were wrong, told us that we had to pay to return them. Then she wouldn't give her name and then she hung up on us. The lack of professionalism was astounding. When we went on Yelp to write a review it became very apparent that, for this joke of a business, it was just business as usual.
