I have no complaints I received all of my items and even during a pandemic I received my order under 6 days ! They will always be my go to when ordering nail supplies and the prices you can’t beat.

Terrible customer service the lady I spoke with was very condescending. I made a purchase and not even a few days later they went on sale the would not issue a refund or even a simple credit to there web site. It would be one thing if they were polite and offered anything but to be completely rude and speak over me is uncalled for.

They’ll send you the wrong items and think it’s your responsibility to send the crap back. Make sure you count every single item you purchase because your order will be wrong. Good luck even getting someone on the phone.

The customer service is horrible, the orders are always incorrect. They refuse to knowledge that they have made errors and they’d always blame the client for the mistakes. I have been ordering from this company for years and over the last three years they have always been inconsistent and very rude over the phone and when it comes to returning orders they make difficult.

TERRIBLE COMPANY: Received CND Shellac that was clearly old, used, or something.(multiple bottles) Was told I would need to send them a video to “prove” product was bad and then IF they agreed they would send replacements. When I said I didn’t want more of the same because it might also be old or used, they said I’d have to send back the bad products AT MY OWN EXPENSE if I wanted a refund. Product was never delivered. After repeated attempts to contact and resolve, they told me the product was no longer available and they could not refund my money (over $80). THIEVES. Also, customer service was rude and unprofessional. Calling the better business bureau. ZERO stars for this so-called company.
