Today’s visit with Premier Medical Audiology (without an appointment) was well received by the staff. As usual, Leslie was as busy as a (enter your analogy here) and smiled a greeting. I signed in and took a seat. In less than 30 minutes Leslie had serviced my repaired hearing aid, discussed what had caused the hearing aid to fail (In a language that I could understand) and suggested an extended warranty and would advise me before the current warranty expired. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service.
