I never leave reviews, and this is nothing against the doctor, im sure she’s great, its against the scheduling team, they scheduled new patients too close together and a couple couldn’t figure out how to get signed in, so they were seen 30minutes late of their appointment, I got there early because I heard such great things about the speed of being seen, but nope ahah! I have been seeing Sara Randall for many years at a different location. She is responsive, attentive, and does not hesitate to tackle your concerns – as opposed to “wait and see” approach many doctors have. When she moved to this practice, I did not hesitate to follow. It was so good to see Sara Randal-Macdonnel today. She has been my provider since 2021. I feel so blessed and safe under her care. She has discovered things that I never knew about myself. Thank you Sara.
