Friendly, always smily, clean. Lots of machines to work on any part of your bodies. Lots of class, wonderful Trainers. I love this gym

All staff members are awesome and very helpful. All kind of facility here I like it. Yoga class is also good. We all like it too. I just like everything here. I encourage all my friends to join Lady Fitness, I just love it.

Since I joined the gym in January of '11, I have had more motivation to get back into shape. Since I've commited to working out my body has become more tone & the extra 3 lbs have fallen off! The ladies are always smiling & ready to help - their commitment is to help & push you to your goal!! premier ladies fitness is deffinitly the place to go if youre willing to push yourself to the limit & get yourself that body you wish you had!
