I am a member. I started in 2004. I have had a great experience. I have used the Miamisburg, Kettering and Huber Heights locations. I recently resigned for 3 more years. I invited my bosses wife to join me for a free 30 days to see if she likes it. She did some research and found this site and bad reviews. I was shocked! I disagree with everything! I think the gym overall is great! Staff are very nice and helpful and equipment is great!!
They aim to please and if ever an issue of any sort they are quick and professional about how they handle the situation. I do not have to worry about feeling uncomfortable because everyone that i have ever come across in the past several years is here for one thing, to work out.
Great gym. Love the 24 hr availability. Plenty of equipment. Friendly trainers. Extremely satisfied. Better than the other gyms cause premier offers so much in free amenities.
People are extremely nice and helpful. Made me feel very comfortable.
Our instructor is "top notch" and the facility is beautiful. Thanks to all the staff & all the instructors. I really appreciate everyone.
- free babysitting and tanning - has a sauna - free classes which are very good and convenient - separate womens only exercise area - free wifi - friendly staff - good hours, not usually too crowded either, ive never had to wait for a machine - good amount of tvs in cardio sections - there are many locations throughout the area that you can also use
