The group classes are taught by instructors who really enjoy working with members and getting the best out of each and everyone that attends the class.

Health club was/is wonderful. Amazing people and staff. I've never had an issue with payment arrangements either.

Do not attend any of these facilities. Specifically this one, unless you enjoy being verbally abused. By a guy named Barry in particular. I was unaware I could not use my fiances pass to get in, since we use it together. I would have gladly signed up for my own, if he hadnt been so rude to me. He proceeded to call me a theif, and called other locations right in front of me to make sure I did not go, which was completely unnecessary. He lost a customer, and the opportunity for a new member. Staff is very friendly & helpful. I always feel like family when I came to workout. I also like the "ladies only" atmosphere. I feel very comfortable working out.

I've lost 40 Ibs Thanks to Marie at Premier ladies fitness. I love the daycare and the fact they will work with you to get to your goals. The ladies are all nice here. I feel good when I come work out here.

I am 70 years old and have been a member of Ladies Premier after almost two years now. I don't look, act or feel my age thanks to water aerobics with Donna Paul at the Fitness club. We have been fun feeling good every Mon, Wed and Fri morning. Join us! You won't regret it. I've lost over 30 Ibs and ca open any jar or bottle now as well as reach to the top of any shelf and lift 20 ibs boxes and I'm loving every minute of it!!!
