I have had great experience with John Browning, John Dohne and Mark Pence as inspectors for myself and my clients. The detail and knowledge of these 3 goes above and beyond and would always call Premier first!

My aunt and uncle use them frequently (the buy and rent) in the last month we gave used them 3 times for 3 different houses. Mark is FANTASTIC, he not only explains it for you to understand but he takes his time and does a thorough job. It's my first house and he never made me feel dumb even with all of my questions. I 100% would recommend him to Any and Everyone. these guys are very professional and their prices out beat everybody else didn't excellent job very impressed
I am very familiar with home inspections and the process, and have been disappointed on several occasions with other inspection companies. I was impressed with how thorough my Premier inspector was. He spent a great deal of time on my 1500 sqft house. I am confident he made us aware of everything. I was also impressed with how helpful the lady scheduling me was.
