Mark and his team did an excellent job with our inspection. They showed up on time and were extremely thorough. Mark took the time to explain his findings to us and ultimately saved us from buying a house that had multiple issues. When we find another home we will be hiring Premier again to complete the inspection.

their ordering process online is very user friendly and simple. Their follow up call to make sure things are correct was very prompt. they were very thorough and we appreciated the expedient response on getting our reports. would use them again.

Premier Inspection Services was recommended by our realtor. We had an excellent experience. Easy to schedule an appointment. Prompt turn around time between appointment and actual inspection of property. Mark Pence provided us with a detailed report with recommendations for areas to be addressed. We also had an opportunity to speak with him personally regarding the house. We were very pleased from start to finish. Would recommend this company and inspector.

Customer service was excellent. Inspector was on time. He took my concerns into consideration. He was very informative and was so nice to show and explain me everything in detail. I would totally recommend Premier Inspection and would book use them definitely again.

We bought a new construction home and had a one year warranty that is almost up. We had Mark Pence come and do an inspection to make sure we hadn't missed anything in the 10 months we've been living in the house. He took our concerns into consideration and checked those in addition to the normal inspection checklist.
