I really appreciated the friendly buy thorough inspection. John's style of supplying helpful information to my client was spot on. His report was extremely long because of the number of repairs that were needed, and very detailed. This detail was very helpful in writing the resolution. In the end, my clients didn't purchase this home. Without the inspection, urgent and expensive problems, safety and health issues would have not been disclosed before purchasing this home.
