Derek did our home inspection in Neosho MO, and we were very pleased with his work. He found several things that were wrong with the house considering we were not planning on getting a home inspection because our house is newer. PHI is probably the best around. We used someone else for our first house, and saw the report from someone else when we sold it. The other two missed things and had inaccurate reports. Out of the three, PHI is by far the best. Derek even have me tips and pointers for some projects I'll soon start. Trust him with any of your inspection needs and give him a call. You will not be disappointed.
