RecommendedDerek with PHI was so prompt, professional, courteous, and unbelievably thorough in his report. He really made the process of buying a home for the first time a lot less nerve-racking. He's still answering questions via email that I have about the home, even though the job has already been done and, truly, he's already been paid and could just leave it at that -- but not Derek! He goes above and beyond, and it really made a difference to me. Absolutely would recommend PHI for any kind of inspection you may need!
I am so happy I went with Premier, not only are they affordable but they actually know what they're doing and have the experience. Premier is the way to go if you need your home inspected. They saved me from buying a house that was completely junk and over priced. I am now closing on a different house with peace of mind because I know it was thoroughly and properly inspected.They look at every single detail within a house. Highly highly highly recommend, don't use anyone else but Premier for your home inspection.
