He was very easy to get a long with and was open to any questions big or small that we had. His report was very thorough and was given back to us in a quick and timely manner which much appreciated. Derek did our first home inspection earlier this year and he was amazing. He is insanely detailed oriented and hard working. He notes every single thing that is wrong and could go wrong, and tells you why it happened and how to fix it. Seriously never worked with anyone so professional. His report outlines everything you need to know. He saved us from a huge mold issue at a house and a roof replacement. We are buying another house and he is the first person I called, will always trust him and his business!
We dealt with Derek today. And it was enlightening, he explained thoroughly what it was that the seller would have to repair. And was an all around good dude. Thanks Derek you will hear from us again!
