We have been very happy with the level of care and communication from Aveanna. Our nurse is like family now and does an amazing job caring for our son and being proactive to keep him stable.
In regards to Hyper Girl review. That is not accurate. This person did a no call no show for a shadow shift, twice to me before she had a hospital stay. When I let this person know this damages relationships with families she had no remorse. She said she had car issues, due to not calling and no showing up to a scheduled shadow shift the first time.
