Easily the most unprofessional medical experience. I waited an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment to be called back. Once I was back in a patient care room I was told there’s still 3 more patients ahead of me!! I made an early morning appt with Dr. Aduke Simpson. They open at 8:30 and my appt was at 9… how is it possible to be an hour and 40 minutes behind schedule with an opening appointment? I ADORE Dr Simpson and her staff. Super charming and pleasant. They keep the hallways full of laughter and make me feel safe in their care. I’m grateful to have access to healthcare professionals who have their hearts in the right place.

I called this location asking to schedule an appointment with concern that the flu had turn into pneumonia. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I don't currently have insurance and she asked where all I had called and was very condescending. She later told me she would not schedule me with their office I was going to have to go somewhere else and "actually pay money for services" as if I was looking for free handouts, which is not the case. Worst doctor's office ever! Staff is very rude and unprofessional & the lack of empathy they have toward the patients that come in is terrible. If your looking for a nice and friendly doctor's office I would not go here!
