I had met with the owner, Tim and my first impression was that he was very knowledgeable and seemed like a honest guy so I hired him to sand, seal and finish the hardwood floors in the living room, dining room and the stairs. The day of service I was informed that the damaged wood in the foyer and in the dining room would need to be replaced as Tim and I had discussed during our consultation. Tim and his crew were great to work with. Started with living room and dinning room and will eventually do the rest of the house. Floors look amazing, like new.

Overall I ended up being pleased with the final results of my hardwood floor refinish work. The work crew made some mistakes in the staining that had to be corrected which they did. I really wanted a much harder surface than the water based poly gives but didn't know the questions to ask. This should be part of the initial evaluation done by the company. All in all I would call them again as they did a pretty good job.
