Project was completed beyond expectations. Dana should be commended as she provided excellent customer service and follow-up and coordinated the timing. Very polite and courteous workers. I'd recommend them without any hesitation.

The communications and service from Premier was top-notch. This was my first time having my floors refinished, and they patiently walked me through the whole process and even came out to review the work after I'd moved back in to my apartment. I also found them to be highly competitive in terms of pricing and the most able to assuage my concerns about the unique molding situation I had with my floors.
