Our floors look fine so what they did was good work. However, make sure to get every detail spelled out in writing! I hired these people since they promised they would do what all the other professionals who gave me quotes said they would do. The details were not spelled out in the contract but when I spoke to the saleswoman on the phone after gathering my quotes, she assured me that the specifics I asked about when comparing quotes (filling in cracks and covering up nail heads) were all part of their *basic* service. Beth's floors look beautiful. I do all of our estimates and I met Beth onsite to scope her job. I explained that we could fill nail holes that resulted from someone nailing nails right thru the top pf the floors to stop squeaking. She had a number of large gaps in between boards and there was no discussion with me about filling those gaps with putty or removing the boards and installing larger ones to make the gaps disappear. Refinished our wood floors years ago. Did such a good job, just hired them again for another house. No problems. Only reason not 5 start is b/c no one is perfect; i don't give out 5 stars.
