The work was done well and completed as he verbally stated -the only think I felt uncomfortable about was not getting my email agreement as to the work to be done and price-he said he was having computer problems -been there done that but he still should have followed up once computer was fixed.
The project took longer than I thought.
This is by far one of the worst vendors I have ever worked with. Their Principal came and quoted the work then sent in a team of sub contractors who did not do a very good job of refinishing ~800 sq feet of Bruce Pre-finished Oak flooring. After the first day of sanding they told me this was a very hard job because its a pre-finished floor. They did good job but we had to ultimately go with a darker finish on account of floor stains; and they picked the stain color without confirming with me. It was a bit darker than I would have preferred or selected myself. Still it looks better than it did. They were a bit sloppy with the stain and got some onto the wood trim. Oh well.
Worked with me to complete the work on a very tight schedule.
