James was honest and great! He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, had me do a simple task and it worked! We contacted James and his team for replacement of the garage door springs and decided to go with a whole new door. They were professional and quick. We were quoted a price and time for the work. They were able to perform the work sooner and the price was as discussed. James apprised us of an estimated time and when it changed he kept in touch with us to keep us up to date. Crew was friendly and professional. Great to work with. Would definitely use again and refer to friends.
Great customer service. Kept in contact to let me know when he'd arrive. Had a broken torsion spring....had the springs replaced and the door operating in no time at all.
