The previous review is the opposite of our experience! ***** was great. He came out, listened to want we wanted and suggested a few alternatives, all of which we liked better than our original ideas. We received a drawing of what we wanted and made a couple of minor additions then got a detailled bid. It included costs of each item, so we could make any adjustments, but none were needed. Dont work here if you care about your own safety. ******* will put you down for learning and get mad for not going fast enough but wants it perfect. Hard to please

They did a great job snd were very professional
Just finishing up a new build home and wanted the garage floor treatment of epoxy and the flakes. I had a lot of delays in the house build and Premier was great in working with my schedule and did a great job. Their crew is great to work with also. I highly recommend them.
Communication with is guy is horrible. He would email or text me the same questions over and over again. After waiting months to get on the schedule for my floor one guy shows up and then leaves for 4 hours to help on another job. Then the owner tells me that’s how things work. I am sorry but leaving a customer in a middle of a job to finish another job tell me that customers are not important to them just money. Then 3 guys come back and rush the job to get finished.
