RecommendedMy Husband and I were at Premier Eye Center today. This is our second exam there. Let me tell you that Dr. Bussa and staff are fantastic. Dr. Bussa is very knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. The staff are very pleasant and fun. We could not stop laughing. We highly recommend Premier.
Don't overcharge your patients for routine eye exams, that's fraud. Don't have your patient wait nearly a month for glasses to be ready, unprofessional. Be upfront about what frame prices are instead of not marking what their prices are and telling the patient at the end. If a patient takes the time to make an appointment, they shouldn't have to be there for for three hours. The doctor is nice and knowledgeable. Everything else, not so good.
Sent home with a known defective contact lens and no one will return my emails, texts or call to correct. I spent 200% more money on my lenses because I wast told if anything was wrong or went wrong, they would replace. Doctor said the “lens is not wetting properly” during final fitting yet sent me home in them. To top it off , he won’t release my prescription because it isn’t “finalized”. Well you have to FIX IT to finalize it and no one will tell me what the hell is gojng on. This is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome experience today at Premier Eye Center. So friendly, professional and helpful. From Jo at the receptionist desk to Brittany conducting the eye tests to the Doctor showing and explaining what had what they found. Marissa was very friendly, patient and informative.
Marrissa and Julian, the office manager were very helpful in assisting me finding the right pair of glasses. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the color, frame size and options available. I am very happy with my decision and will return again.

Amazing staff!! Everyone was so nice and professional. Dr. Bussa was so nice and patient with my son and I. Plantation office definitely a office I will recommend.
