My visit was a real pleasure. The dentist was on time and very courteous. The staff was extremely pleasant. The diagnosis was on target and very reassuring. Great experience.
I met the best dental hygienist I have ever known today at Premier Dental Solutions. She walked in with a huge smile, introduced herself and proceeded to ask me to communicate to her my concerns. Mercy listened and then started to work. I mentioned that others drive me up out of my chair with the cleaning process. She explained that you just need to be careful where there is erosion and not touch it which she did not so the whole cleaning process was a breeze. I have always dreaded going to the dentist's office but Dr.Millan's first visit excelled all my experiences with professionalism, thoroughness, flexibility, responsiveness and integrity. What a wonderful first visit!
From the minute I called the staff was extremely friendly. They made feel super comfortable. Dr Millan was great and very informative, took the time out to explain and show me the process of what needed to be done. My dentist before him wanted to replace my entire tooth with a crown molding but Dr. Milan was able to give me a better option which was only replacing half the bad area with a porcelain crown. Dr. Millan and his team continues to make a dentist visit a very good one. Who has ever heard of that? But it's true. I think that this is due to the very warm and welcoming approach, on the one hand, plus the high levels of professional and technical competence that is apparent in every one of the staff members. You can never beat that combination. I would recommend Dr. Millan and his team to my closest family members.
