How dare your employees mock a cancer patients PRIVATE journal. I hope this and other reviews bankrupt your pathetic dental office. You clearly have no heart whatsoever to keep your lower than pond scum employees employed after what was recorded. Fire all of them and come out with a message that you have terminated those employees to start to redeem yourself and business. Please go elsewhere for your dental needs.
This group unfortunately revealed patient private information on the internet via social networks. Stay clear of any services from this facility and research what they did to one of their patients. They have not apologized or fired the employees and they are now facing charges at the TN Board of Dentistry.
It is disgusting to allow individuals to be employed there. To read a journal and make fun of a person in a supposed "professional setting" is truly deplorable.
The think it's funny to read your personal journal online and mock a cancer patient. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
I watched a video of 3 of your employees on tiktok openly reading and laughing at a patients private journal in your office. . I am pretty sure that you are aware of privacy laws such as HIPAA where it doesn't even matter than they did not say his/her name for this to be a serious violation of this persons privacy . Your business is now at a serious threat of losing its licensing as well as impending limitations that can arise. I hope you do the right things here
