This place is so shady. They somehow gave me good estimates 3 times and I didn’t owe anything after the visits except for when they retreated a failed root canal and it was still infected two weeks later and I asked for a referral to a new place because I didn’t trust them anymore and they start sending me bills for different amounts every single day with zero itemized list. My daughter had her teeth cleaned and a her first fillings at Premiere. After that she saw their doctor for her wisdom teeth extraction. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR HER! Through the explanation of the staff she thought shots and gas would keep her comfortable and sedated. That was not the case! She heard the drill, the cracking of her teeth and felt the pain. My initial appointment was on 6/25 for a lower denture. I still do not have one. I wend on 8/6 to have a mold taken because the method they used on 6/25 was not acceptable. I get a call to come back on 9/13 to have yet another mold taken, and then was called on 9/20 that it did not work and wanted me to come back for a repeat mold. How dare your employees mock a cancer patients PRIVATE journal. I hope this and other reviews bankrupt your pathetic dental office. You clearly have no heart whatsoever to keep your lower than pond scum employees employed after what was recorded. Fire all of them and come out with a message that you have terminated those employees to start to redeem yourself and business. Please go elsewhere for your dental needs.

This group unfortunately revealed patient private information on the internet via social networks. Stay clear of any services from this facility and research what they did to one of their patients. They have not apologized or fired the employees and they are now facing charges at the TN Board of Dentistry.
