I just had my first appointment as a new patient yesterday, and I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and positivity of everyone in the office. I look forward to returning and forging a long relationship with your office.
Everyone is always so pleasant when I visit. It makes me feel that the staff truly enjoys their jobs and like working with their patients.
My visit went great. I saw Dr. Olson & Angela his Assistant. They were very informative as to what procedures were being done, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures.
I thoguht that the visit was great. I have a good understanding of were my dental health is as well as all of my options. All of my concerns were addressed, along with the ones my previous dentist dismissed. All in all everythign was excellent, I just wish I would have know that I was not going to be able to have my teeth cleaned on that first visit.
all treaetments have always been very good. The main reason I give five stars is because the staff all make me feel as if they care about me. Thank you
Our experience went very well until we were escorted out into the lobby and were put in a position to discuss costs and finances in front of other patients. Please have the courtesy to offer a private consultation when it comes to sensitive financial matters. I am waiting to hear from your office regarding Michelle's full plan and the questions regarding the pricing of her first phase which went unanswered.
Tina was awesome. I always appreciate everyone at Premier. I would not get my dental health care anywhere else.
When I walked in 15 minutes early I was greeted by name and questioned about by morning. I felt as if they known me for a long time. I sat and waited about a minute until I was seen which was awesome because I was early. They examined my bite and made a few adjustment and Wah la, my teeth are not sensitive anymore! Premier dental I wish more companies were as friendly and kind and hard working as you.
