Thanks Dr. Beninato and staff!
Dr. Beninato called me personally at home late in the evening the day of my dental work. That was going above and beyond with patient care. I really appreciate his concern for my well being. Plus, the thoroughness of every visit creates a level of comfort and understanding which is something I have never experienced at a dentist in the past.
The overall visit was fantastic! The time spent with us was over what I had expected. Very thorough. I am not on facebook often, that's why I am not joining you. Sorry.
Always a pleasant experience...
The only problem I had was the crown bill. It was not filed until months after the visit. This did make me apprehensive as to rather I would want to return. Other than that everyone is always nice and I do love Dr Beninato's work.
I knew I would need a few things done after a visit to the dentist and the hygienist made me feel comfortable and was non judgmental, which is one of the things I was most worried about.
This dental office was great, the office itself was very clean and did not smell at all like a dentist office. This was my first visit and a hygentist gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to the rest of the staff. The hygentist was very thorough in explaining what she was doing and what needed to be done. The Dr. was very polite and was also very thorough. I had a great experience with my first visit and am planning on returning.
I really appreciate the excellent customer service/care I receive from everyone at Premier Dental - from the receptionists, from Tina, and from Dr. Beninato. Feel their care/concern is genuine. Thank You, Everyone! P.S. I am not on Facebook or Twitter - just not my thing :-)
Anna, your receptionist was very friendly and welcoming! Also, Tina did a very nice job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Beninato made me feel very comfortable and is nice to look at!
