My hygienist is very pleasant, courteous, and extremely knowledgable . As a health professional, she is able to give me valuable information to make decisions and promote my dental wellness level.
Surveys are too cold and sterile! If you really want to know how I feel about the experience" - call! Talk to me PERSONALLY!! Facebook and Twitter will destroy the "personal touch" needed for the dental team/patient RELATIONSHIP! If you want to become more sterile and impersonal just continue to push your patients to twitter and facebook! I realize the only "communication" skills the younger generations have is to text
My visit was great. I was really nervous & everyone made me feel very relaxed & comfortable.
My experience with Premier dental exceeded my expectation.
Things went fine, however, I have facial bruising and swelling I wasn't expecting ..
My overall experience was very good.
We were trying to figure out which tooth was causing pain.
Everything was top notch.
I was annoyed by all the pictures...but then once I saw them on the screen it was nice to see my actual teeth and have the hygenist point out things rather than just on an xray where you don't really know what you're seeing. She was nice, and everyone was helpful in suggestions and tried to make me comfortable. I hate the dentist, so was very reluctant, but am glad I choose Premier and will be back for all the extensive work I need done... under sedation!!
